Join us for a celebration of all things Oktoberfest! Fort Carson Oktoberfest is open to the public.
- Festival runs from 2 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Gates 1 and 20 open to the public at 1:30 p.m.
We've got loads of food, entertainment and activities for the community:
- 5K Volksmarch ($10/person ages 4+! Paid registration includes t-shirt and sticker)
- Free Cornhole Tournament
- Sand Volleyball Tournament ($20/team of 4)
Entertainment
- German music by Steve Rock's Tanzkapelles Bavarian Twist
- Polka, Bavarian and Schulplatteler dancers by the Denver Kickers
- Interactive games for adults (18+ to play, 21+ to drink and play(
- Interactive games for kids
- Oktoberfest Costume Contest! Come in your Oktoberfest best! Lederhosen, dirndls, dressed as a stein or pretzel, etc. and win prizes!

- Fort Carson BOSS and No DUI are partnering to provide rides home for DOD ID card holders.

TOTLYMPICS
Calling all SUPERSTARS, ages 2-6 years old! Join the festivities and compete in a series of activities to test your abilities. Games include soccer, gymnastics, biking, Taekwondo, equestrian skills, archery, track and field, golf and more! Opening ceremonies will begin at 11:00 am with a group warm-up, stretch, and then a torch run. Every child is a winner, and each participant in the event will receive a ribbon for their effort. Guests are encouraged to bring their cameras to capture photos of their young champions, and a picnic lunch to enjoy the park after the event.
Pre-registration recommended: $5 per child.

"Be Kind to Humankind Week (BK2HK) is our annual celebration of kindness that is recognized globally from August 25th-31st each and every year. It is basically a week of reflection and kind thoughts of others to make this world a better place. Of course we suggest practicing kindness daily, but this is the week you can take it to the next level.
