Weekly #MPL Challenges

Just post a photo or video showing or describing how you completed the challenge and tag the photo with the hashtags #JuneMPLChallenge and #MountainPostLiving and be entered to win one of our PRIZES!

1. Wait 15 minutes before going back for seconds at a meal this week.

2. Do NOT eat in your car this week.

3. Try one vegetable you’ve never tried.

4. Read your food labels and count the teaspoons of sugar you eat each day. Remember, 4 grams of sugar is equal to 1 teaspoon so just divide the total grams of sugar in a serving by 4 (e.g., 12 grams of sugar = 3 teaspoons).

1. Walk 10,000 steps each day this week.

2. Take an evening walk with the family each day this week.

3. Do 10 pushups or sit-ups each day this week.

4. Pick a trail and hike it or bike it this week. Resources for finding a trail:

1. Volunteer for the Warrior Games.

2. Tackle a Food Challenge AND a Fitness Challenge each week during the month of June.

3. Mountain Bike the Falcon Trail on the Air Force Academy.

4. Climb Mount Sherman - a great beginner 14er.
